Free shipping for promotions published by Michi and for a higher amount in the cart, in Spain peninsula will be made with standard shipping of 3/4 working days (Monday to Friday)

After 5 days of dispatch, the packages will be returned to Michi and the shipping cost will not be refunded, so you must be very aware of receiving it within 5 days of receiving the message that the package will be delivered. Shipments are made to all of Spain, including Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, with their corresponding rate for shipping costs.

Shipping costs for exchanges for another model or product will be shared between the customer and Michi. That is, the return shipment to Michi's warehouse will be borne by the client and the shipment of the new product to the client will be borne by Michi.   • In the event that it is out of stock, we will exchange it for another product of the same amount.
  • We will refund the total amount.
